Actually those have been available domestically (well I mean sold, probably all made in the same place) for a while... One place that I know of, and I'm sure there are others, is: http://www.eastwood.com
specifically:
http://www.eastwood.com/shoppi...+roll
It's on sale now, but still a little expensive for a one time job, but if you amortize the cost with your fellow racers...
Same thing the shops get... in fact I think you can actually get this (or used to) from TireRack. They basically loan it to you (take a cc deposit, ship it to you and you return when done).

A wooden mallet, a 2x4 backer/dolly and a little patience are a lot cheaper, just as good and generally more useful. If you're really a perfectionist, use a heat gun to warm the paint and you might even get a fully rolled fender and still not get the paint to crack. (I figured that out on the SECOND fender...)
Then again, you might just need that "new-tool" high.

I own one of those - does a much better job than any other method, with perfect results and much easier to use than a baseball bat, or mallet. look for dropspeed's thread in the ITR frum about when he borrowed it.

ive used it before my tire guy has it. main thing is heating up the paint and then roll away works out good. id recomend using it anyday, but hell if you dont care about the paint cracking or the chance of it go with the bat
