It's a blowup Power Ranger

 

If they were SCCA solo events, you saw "Formula 125" - actual 125cc shifter karts. They are real racing machines but I've yet to figure out why they make sense in SCCA's org chart.

Well, AM-CM cars can be placed in the same boat too. But FWIW, karts are not allowed in Canadian Solo events as of 2004 as per decision made by ASN Canada. AFAIK, in great part forced by insurance co.
