Which cams should i get for my 94 LS? I going to go with crower but i dont wich
ones to get. oh yea and i dont want it to idle too much.
any suggestions?

403s, a little rougher idle but a decient power gain, don't even think about the 404s if you are conserened with having a rough idle, with the 403s you will need to upgrade to crower springs and retainers

 

i second the vote for 403's

the more i hear people getting the 404's the more complaing i hear about very rough idle and horrible exhaust smell at idle.

 

...but what it the diff between the 403s and the 404s....if there's like 10-12 hp of difference i think the rough idle on the 404s are worth the extra hp!

But if its only 6-8 hp of diff then the 403s are better in my opinion...

 

Well on a B20...I made 170 whp with 404s while my friend made 150 with 403s...pretty similar setup other then the cams.

I'd say 403's if you are concerned with idle.

The 404's smell bad at idle b/c the car is running rich due to the duration (i think, or was it overlap??). You can fix that with an Apexi SAFC.
