Default wtf is going on!!!!!

Ok so I have a stock dx motor in my eg and something is wrong. I went out yesterday started my car up and it was bogging really bad and it would bog untill about halfway through 2nd then it would run fine, then it started overheating so I turned her off and thought hmm maybe thermostat and fuel filter. Well I took her up to go get a new thermostat and fuel filter and she started bogging really bad and I look up in my rearview mirror and I see whitesh bluish smoke coming from my tailpipe. Well its parked in my garage and when its on and you push the gas it bogs and it smokes real bad. Any ideas as to what is wrong???? I am guessing it is a blown headgasket. Well any help or input would be greatly appreciated.

check the oil, if its milky looking, you have a blown headgasket.

fixing it would be cheaper than a new motor depending on who does it.
upgrade the gasket while your at it. did you look at the oil??

Ya I did look at the oil it didn't look any different then normal. Ya see I was either gonna be selling the car or swapping the motor. I was more towards selling it but I guess I'm not sure now. I need to find a b18b motor and see how cheap they are then make up my mind. One way or another it will either be sold or swapped.

Sounds like a blown head gasket.

if your oil is fine, its probably NOT a blown headgasket.

if you blow your headgasket, your coolant will mix with your oil giving it that milky look.

Yea sounds like a head gasket, And also that you are just getting a bad mixture of like every liquid in your motor all together.

not really. there are instances where a headgaskey blows, and the cooland bypasses the HG, and goes right to the combustion chamber, and burns off. there will be no trace of coolant in the oil then.

the white smoke is most likely the blown HG, then blueish smoke could possibly be a burnt ring, or a broken ringland. since water can not be compressed, and youre putting it into your combustion chamber, things like this will happen. good luck
