I picked up these used ITR cams and noticed that the angles on a couple of the lobes were more pronounced than others. Is this just wear? Is it normal wear? Is it "safe" to use these cams in my race car (which now has the OEM b16a1 cams)? I drew a picture because I can't properly demonstrate with a photo. The "points" on the right one are what I'm describing (I don't have the cams in front of me, the profile of the lobes is fictional). Thanks.

why would you even consider using worn cams? thats like aksing for your motor to blow up.

 

if you interested i have some JDM itr cams that cam out of 2000 motor with 12000 miles on it. the cams are for sale. shoot me an offer.
