Lightbulbs recommendations for 91 Integra?

Bulbs for what? There are quite a few different bulbs in an Integra.

replace them with what the manual says to use. if you jump up to a really high-output lamp, you can melt things that aren't supposed to be melted.

I'm having alot of troubles driving at night. the lights suck
I did the fog light mod which leaves them on with the high beems but still need more light.
