Did search, no results. I think most people wait to do the engine swap, but I've got the parts (I think) and this trans is waste. Here's whats' up. I've got a d15 91 civic hatch. It's got a 4spd std that's...pretty much shot in 3rd gear. Ok the synchs were gone a whiel ago and I kept driving and now it has to be babied. So I went out and got the 5spd from a D15. I thought it was just a simple swap but from what I understand there's more to it. Has anyone done this swap that might know? I wanna change out, but I heard I need new axles, clutch, flywheel (which I would expect) and some other things. Anyone know if this is right?
