91-crx-si. Beeps won't shut up.
I am having problems with my ignition switch. Occasionally the "key left in switch" warning
beep will go off and not shut up. Sometimes not. Do I need to replace the ignition switch or
clean the connectors...or maybe just disconnect the beeper "if I could fine it"?
thanks for your help in advance.

If memory serves me the actual beeper is part of a box mounted on the back of the dash fuse panel. I suspect that the contacts for the switch are shot. The only part that you need to replace is the switch NOT the lock cylinder. If you buy it from the dealer it will cost well over $45. NAPA has them for some cars and it will be a direct replacement.
lmao my current beater does that...out of no where the blinkers will stop working, the gas will drop to empty and the "door ajar" ding will start going freakin nuts. I have to punch and beat up the dash and driverside door to get it to stop
