H&R COil Overs Vs. Ground COntrol and Koni yellows.... which one i bbetter??? and why.... i have the H&R's i am thinking about changing to GC's with KOni's
i read taht one.. hey said the cup's use koni's..... but i am prettu sure that the coilovers use Bilstien's... i read it on a forum and also heard it frome someone local.

Why would you change? What would cause you to change? What is the car used for and what spring rates are you thinking of using? I have a set of H&R coilovers and I would not think of changing unless it was to go to a more aggressive set-up! Which is why I will be selling mine...
I have really like the H&R's. Great for street/ ocasional track time! They use a progressive sping which gives a really nice ride for the street, but not so great for tuning at the track!
