Default door panels

ok well im taking all the crap out of my car. i am now trying to take the door panels off. i know how to do it pretty much but i dont nkow how to get the window roller upper thing off. how do i. also if u have taken the door panle off plz note the steps thank you

There's a pin behind the window roller. Push in the door panel a little bit and you'll see this pin. Pry it off and you can removed the window roller.

i was getting ready to type that. There's also a tool to remove the clip.

you'll probably be hella faster with a honda with no interior.

the way i got it off is by using a piece of fabric, and sliding it between the roller and the door panel, pushing the clip up and out

thats pretty easy i just used a long needle nose plier to get the clip out

crx's are like ******* legos...its not hard at all. a monkey could do it.


small flat head. pop that pin. and then just stick another screw driver behind the panel and pop the lower corner, then use your hands...watch breaking the clips if its cold... ive removed my panels thoe 100x of times. never broke a doro panel cli[p

thanx guys. and i know taht taking the carpet and seat and stuff out isnt going to make it fast. i just want them out so i can weld in a roll cage so i can race it autoX. well thanx for the help LATER!

wait a second when i take the door panel off is there any way to roll the window up and down after. like can the roller still go on the door or no? cuz i dont have air and it gets hot in cali. so i need those windows down

yeah just put the clip back on the handle and slide it over the dowel looking thing that cranks. No need for your door panel to be on....or I guess if you wanted to keep taking it on and off you don't have to put the clip back on the handle...butt you might lose it.

what about the seat belt what happens to that? i stilll need that and it looks like u need the door panel for it. do i? sry bout all the questions its my daily driver and i want to get this done b4 the weekend. thanx
