Rattle when braking or going over big bumps
Please help me figure out what is loose, it only happens when i am on the brakes slowing down to a stop, it is loudest at 60km/h. It sounds like something is loose and you can barely feel it in the steering wheel. Sometimes it feels like moves from side to side, it has done that when i have gone around turns. It also makes the noise when i go over big bumps too fast. It is especially loud when slowing down on a bumpy road.
A shop told me it could be either loose chamber kits or something in the differential. I checked and my camber kits are not loose. I recently replaced both c/v axels and tie rod ends. It was doing it before then though. I has been doing it for a long time but in the past few months it has gotten worse. I am starting to think it may have something to do with the brakes, like the pads rattling. I have arospeed crossdrilled/slotted rotors, goodridge ss brake lines and i replaced the pads when i put those on. I also replaced my ABS unit with an integra gsr unit because i got it cheap.
Please help me

have you looked at your sway bar and links?
and look over the coils/bent strut/torsion bar/cross member
The list goes on but this would be a good start.
could be something as simple as a loose bolt to a missing bolt and/or bushing.

i am going to check my sway bar links, i thought of it before, i have the suspension techniques sway bars and i thought that the bolts that hold it on could be loose or the links like you said.
i know its not my coils/ shocks/ struts because i dissasembled them a few weeks ago and it was making the noise long before that.
i dont have any missing bushings or bolts, i will check again anyway.
does anybody know what a differential thats going bad sounds like?
any other ideas?
