I know the prelude throttle bodies work on 5th gens, but I don't know if the 4th and 5th gen accords differ any in that aspect.

However, even if it does fit, the new throttle body will need to be portmatched to the intake manifold in order for it to actually make a difference.

k, but even if i buy a brand new performance throttle body for the accord it still want give me any gains worth the money will it?

maybe you would see some added power if you had valvetrain\headwork done...
