Have a '94 EX... If I turn my car off for about 5-10 minutes (time to run into the house, change whatever, then go back to the car) the car will not start up. But, if I start up b4 I leave in the morning (car sitting overnight), it will start right up, plus I have just replaced my starter a month ago, a new battery in May, and just got a new negative battery cable today. Thanks for the help.
Does the starter turn the engine over, but no start or does nothing at all happen when you turn the ignition?
If starter turns over but no start, I would suspect main fuel relay or less likely an intermittent ignition coil. When engine fails to start, you need to determine whether you're getting any spark to the plugs.
If starter does not engage, you may have a defective starter solenoid, starter relay, AT gear position switch or clutch interlock switch for manual.
Good Luck

Yeah, when i turn it over, it doesnt start. Everything comes on inside the car, lights gauges, etc. But car wont start. Yeah, I do have to wait for a while for it to start.
im having the same problem too, but mines kinda the opposite. when my car has been sitting for a while i will turn the key and it does nothing, doesnt even try to turn over. its not the battery, and not the starter cause i replaced it like you. and i also went back in and resoldered my wires for my starter kill relay. im stumped, im beginning to think its a bad ignition relay or ignition switch.
sometimes if i just hold the key in the start position for a few seconds (aprox 10) it will fire right up.

Could be ignition switch.

A wonderfully ambiguous reply. It manages to answer nothing but that car does not start, which we already knew. Following is the burning question:
1) Does the starter rotate the engine when the ignition switch is turned to START?
Remember we can not see or hear the car.
Regards
