300-400 for a header back exhaust? Get a megan racing N1 muffler off ebay, then go to a muffler shop and have them custom make you a 2.5" catback.

That or you could try the magnaflow catback...

K, Do what I did.
Wanna sound stockish, buy a Dynomax muffler (40 bux) and get some custom piping bent at a random muffler shop. Cost me 225 for the piping, so just about 270 total. I later added a hi-flow cat which was 55 purchased and 25 installed. So for less than 350 i got my shyit. I plan to add a resonator at some point too, but thats more money so it can wait. In conclustion, buy a welder.

I run a Magnaflow cat. 2 1/4 mandrel bent tubing. 20" resonator into a flat black Magnaflow can. Stealthly, nice deep tone. Any local muffler shop is capable of the work. I paid $225. Functionality before Hype owns me!

IM RaceInspired. They carry Invidia, Apex-i, and Tanabe for EFs. Tell them Charles sent you, and they'll hook you up. I think Invidia is the cheapest though. All are cat back as you wanted, and all are 60mm with top notch welds.

Ok heres what you do, you get a quality header of some sort. (lets say DC 4-2-1 SS for just for kicks, can be had for like $150 shipped) Then have a DMH cut out welded in before the cat. ($200) You can be open header whenever you want, then when the fuzz rolls by, flip the switch and you've got your full exh. and your still emissions leagal. By far IMHO I have yet to hear any exh. that sounds better then an open header. Down low you can tell you loose some power, but my midrange and my top end respond A LOT better.

Go to an exhaust shop, and get a custom bent 2.5" with a oval style turbo muffler. Who the hell needs all the bling bling anyway?

This costed me about $220 header back with a 2.5" mitsu resonator, no cat.

yup has a nice deep tone to it, doesn't sound like a weed wacker. It is a slight bit on the loud side depending on your taste, but it actually sounds awesome. You could always get a resonator put in if you wanted if your bringing it to a shop. The high flow cat will prob be a little pricey. but Megan is your best bet, and its a nice as hell, i had it....

damn thats for all the info guys!

i do not have a header, stock header, its just my exhaust that is on there now is the most ghetto thing EVER! the previous owner welded about 5 or 6 2" pipes to a stock muffler in the back...its very restrictive!

just want to get a new one for cheap b4 winter comes...it will be temporary most likely.

ill check out the prices on some of the **** listed...thanx alot everyone!

I second this.. You can always try and find a used exhaust. I found a 2.5" ES Oval cat-back for under 200 bucks in the HT classifieds.

Don't know if Tsudo makes a Fireball catback for your car, but I got one for my EH for right at $300 and it sounded and looked great.

I bought a hks hi-power muffler for 200 and than you can get piping made and it will probably sound good so you can do that. But you should search around the classifieds to find good prices.
