Default obd0--->obd1 dizzy question

Ive got a b16a that i wanta go obd1, im too cheep to buy a b16a obd1 dizzy so i was able to scap a obd1 sohc dissy for free. I know the only difference is that the obd0 CYP has 16 teeth and hte obd1 has 24 teeth, if u just swap out the shaft from the dizzy should i be alright, or do i need the CYP also from the obd1 dizzy?

not that this will help you.....i have swapped everything from a 98 dizzy and put it in a 94 dizzy...and it is still on the road today. it is a freebie. you have nothing to lose but yer time. try it. let us know. thats what i did. TAKE THAT CHANCE...YOUR PARENTS DID...THATS WHY YOU ARE HERE. LOL
