Ok swapped in OBD1 motor w/ OBD1 conversion harness and p28..codes help.
codes - 4 crank sensor , 7 tps sensor, code 16 fuel injectors, code 20 electrical load detector, code 10 IAT sensor.
Is it the harness or what checks could I do to make sure. Also any of these related to each other.

Sounds like the codes I got when I went dpfi/obd0 to mpfi/obd1 minus that ELD code.
Let us know the motor/wiring you had before and we can help a little better.

Make sure the outer wires on the TPS are switched and that you ground out the third little ground wire. I forgot to attach that ground on mine and threw a code for it.
Retrace your injector wiring since its a mpfi swap. I ran my wires and wire-loomed them, and when I undid the loom to check the connections, one of the wires tugged loose. I made sure the connection was solid again and that code went away.
For the crank sensor code, I found that some of the obd0-obd1 pinouts are contradicting on that. I threw the same code. I had the two wires for the CKP or whatever switched. I switched them and it fixed the problem.
For the IAT code, make sure you have the right plug plugged into the IAT sensor. There are a few plugs that will fit it. I'm not sure if that one needs to be lengthened or not. I believe it does. I cant remember for sure though.
Hope that helps.

Yeah, the guide I used at http://www.boosted.org/ecu calls it CKP. I had the positive and negative switched. Some of the diagrams are confusing with the CKP (blue/yel and blue/grn) and the CYP (white and orange). Double check these.
