Default headlights

I currently have depo jdm style headlights and the part that holds the bulb in place broke, so i am goin to buy some new headlights, either the tyc projectors or just replace the depos, i am a broke college student so i cant afford the real jdm headlights.

I have heard some people say the tyc headlights are not very good because the projector uses h3 bulbs, and they say they burn out fast. has anyone had this problem or any advice? i have also heard someone say the tycs dont have a breather hole for humid air to escape when it rains, is this true?

I also do not want to get the depos again because i had a problem with them fading, it just dont look good.
so... has anyone had experience with the tyc projectors? good, bad?
