Wow, my DA is about to hit 57K original miles body/engine. I feel like a new born child here
I hope I never get to see 235K miles on my baby while I still have it

Im sure new suspension bushings such as Energy would make the car feel tighter. Im sure some struts would help as well. I would also check the engine mounts.

i definitly agree on doing some suspension work. my car has about 235k on it also. here's some of the suspension stuff i've replaced.
-shocks
-springs
-outer tie rods
-most bushings (ES master kit)
-trailing arm bushings
-lower ball joints
i'm still not done. our cars are old. suspension work is unavoidable.

I've also done upper balljoints in the front. I have 245k on mine. Just start yanking on all the suspension parts to see if anything has play in it. I would avoid the polyurethane bushings. I put them in and they really hurt my ride quality; the suspension was just too stiff for me.
I would do both front wheel bearings if they have not been done yet. You're stuck on the road if they go.
I would check and lube or replace the pins that the calipers ride on. They tend to lose their grease and lock up on you.

May want to change your timing belt if that hasn't been done...maybe the cam seals too.
