What does the MSD ignition box do?
Is it easy to install?

I'm sorry..no flame man, but how could you know enough to do so much to your car and then ask how a Multiple Spark Discharge works?

 

Easy...it's called "lying".

BTW, all that crap you have on your car only gave you 20 some HP huh?

To answer your questions:
1) Provides a more powerful, multiple sparks needed for higher cylinder pressures.
2) Harder than installing a CAI, but easier than a cam install ... make sense? Basic electrical knowledge is needed.

Unless you're running 100 shot of NOS or boostin more than 6psi then you don't need it, save your money.
