I just put a blitz power meter in my 93 hatch SI . when i am in the power meter display my peak horse power identified as (peak or net power) seems to be at 135 hp . the only problem is , is that if i mash the throttle in third gear to see how much horse power i am throwing down it only goes up to about 98 hp . the only way i can hit the peak or net horse power is by using going into the chassis dyno display and do a dyno run in third gear . thats when it reads 135 in the chassis dyno display . so i go to the power meter display and sure enough there my peak horse power is . but it does not even come close to that when i preform the same run but stay in the power meter display . i guess what i really want to know is ..... is the peak horse power in the chassis dyno mode and the power meter mode , my real at the wheels horse power ???? sorry to be so confusing but i really dont know any other way to describe my problem . thanx for your time .
