Default 94 accord EX problem (manual tranny)

Hey guys, new to the forum, heres the deal, when shifting from 1-2, i sometimes get a engine vibration, one strong enough to shake the whole car. This is solved by applying more gas, up to round 1700RPM's, this is way to high to shift this 113540 beast every day for my liking. Also, after driving the car for awhile, it will no longer do this, USUALLY, but will still occasionally do it if i do a lot of shifts in rapid succession, like 1-2-3-stop-1-2-3-stop ect, basically shitty city driving. so i would like to know what you guys think the problem could be. my best guesses so far are:
1. clutch.
2. Throwout bearing, as somebody told me that a worn throwout can cause "engine rumbling"

if any of you guys have experienced similar, please let me know.

your clutch is most likely slipping. buy a kit, it will come with a pressure plate, and throwout bearing as well.

just out of curiosity where are you shifting at? nothing wrong with shifting up around the 2800rpm mark... bogging after every shift is a wee bit gay imo.
