Default rising of temp. close to over heating

my accord seems to be running hot these days. its a 95 with 170k.
ive flushed and refilled with new antifreeze, new oil and new airfilter. car is STOCK. no leaks to be found, but temp still goes up often. what could be the problem/what could i check for?

Did you flush with water or use something like Prestone SuperFlush?? Maybe scale buildup if you only rinsed with water?

Did you put in a new thermostat? They're cheap & maybe yours is sticking closed?

Make sure the radiator cooling fan is kicking on. If not, chk the fan switch and fan motor. If the fan is working properly then check your thermostat. Good luck.

hey, you should probably have the belt that powers the fan checked as well. This happened to me once, and the car overheated after a while. But other than that, just check out the thermostat. Hope this helps.

yeah i just flushed it with water. i didnt know there were flush products out there.
ill check the thermostat this weekend. thanks guys
