200 whp b18b

I am looking for something with low lag and high effieciency. Would perfer internal wastegate. Will not intercool at the beginning. What turbo and manifold would you suggest? Thanks.

You can find greddy kits (int wastegate, non intercooled), used and in good shape for super cheap if you look around.

That'd be your best bet.
