Default what is a better spring rate for daily driving 10/8 or 12/10

just wondering what springs to get on coilovers for a 93civic 4door that is daily driven and sometimes raced

How are the roads that you commute on? 12/10 might be hell on fucked up roads. Are you planning on getting the omnipower coilovers?

Even 10/8 is a little too high to keep traction on the street. Try 8/6.5 or maybe even a little lower.
