Ohhh I had that problem as well, I took all the bolts around the door panel and yet when i pulled on it, there was still something clipped on. You have to remove the window HANDLE cause the handle is what is holding the door panel in place still.
If you look at the handle where its connected to the door panel, well there is this CLIP shaped like: _|----|_ try to imagine the top part connected (sorry can't find a key to make it somewhat realistic). Well in the middle of the handle there is that clip that you need to PULL and it will remove the handle from the door panel.

On the 6 oclock position of the tumbler (on the backside) is the tip of the clip as described above. Slide something small inbetween the tumbler and the pin and pull it down towards the ground.
