correct, not too low.

DC2 seats in EG
DC2 seats in EG = too low.
EK sets in EG/DC2 = too high.

I would assume so, but don't quote me.
I have no experience with sols.

No. Del Sols are considerably lower than DC seats.

del sol's are way lower than itr/gsr/etc seats in an eg.

however, i hated those hard *** del sol seats. maybe it was just my set, but those were crazy uncomfortable.

usdm itr
or... jdm itr obviously... but that ****'s expensive.

Will the USDM ITR seats bolt right in or do you have to swap the rails?

I got del sols, in my 2000 EX ... it lowered me a measured 4.5 in avg, depending on how I sat, it was between 4 inches and close to 5 inches, used ruler etc... so if anyone asks, that is how much, it was great... Keep in mind, I am skinny 200 lbs, so I compressed the foam more than a light guy, but not much.

I only have one complaint, and it might be fixed with newer del sol seats, (I have 93 or 94 I believe in my coupe now) I am skinny, but the bottom seat doesnt seem to have the cusion necessary to protect my thys from the metal bucket ridges on the sides, it gets sore after a while... However, like i said, the new del sols may have solved that problem, or it could have been that my foam (I added new foam to beef up the soft old stuff) was bad, and the foam I reinforced it withjust wasnt good enough to properly pad those metal edges.

i had USDM ITR seats, they are the exact same as all other 94-01 integra seats..... blah. I had Del sols too. I like the Del Sol seats for sitting lower, but they are still not as comfortable as my JDM ITR seats... Recaro's are the bomb... better lateral support, waaay more comfortable too. Save you cash and get a set of those. If you are not happy with them, then nothing will satisfy you.

In all honesty dude, I say, if you need like at least 4 inches of headspace because you are currently touching the roof, get the del sol seats, preferibly newer... I hear different colors have better fabrics as well. The only, and I mean only problem with the seats is after a while, my thys hurt from the bars in the seat bottom. Every other thing about them is way more comfortable, and well worth the small discomfort felt on long trips. Its more of a nusance than a real problem. I am currently trying to find a way to correct that for the tall people that get the seats for the headroom. One way that will work, is to move the seat back more itself (making our long legs sit correctly in the seat like shorter people), makes sense for us big guys, we would have more headroom and legroom. But that is another mod to the car, and I want to improve the seat. Anyways, I truely think Del Sols will suit you well. Go to a junkyard, find a cheap set, say.. under 150... and test them out by sitting and moving in them a lot, for a while.
