Climate control lights always ON

Climate control lights always ON
The lights on my vent selection buttons are always on . Key off, engine off, and buttons are still lit up - the ones depressed. Anyone fix this problem?

My climate control lights have been on for almost 4 years now 
If anyone knows the location of the relay/etc. that powers the climate control, it would be helpful to at least a few of us it seems

Damn, theres gotta be someone on here that knows what the source of this problem is. I just hope they see this thread
