Car: stock 99 hatch d16y7 motor

Putting in:
99-00 y8 head
99-00 p2p obd2b 5spd ecu
99-00 y8 auto intake manifold (using y7 throttle body)
96-00 ex short ram intake
throttle rotor/spring off y8 throttle body
throttle cable bracket off y8 intake manifold
y8 headgasket, sohc vc gasket, sohc im gasket, sohc em gasket, y7 tb gasket

Does that look like everything I'll be needing? Do I need different spark plugs and cables? Also for the oil cahnge should I go ahead and start off with synthetic? I've always used regular 5w30 in my motor.

 

No need for sunthetic. Its just a matter of the persons choice.
Im guessing you dont have the y7 TB on the y8 intake manifold. ....reason being...the y7 has a vertical one, where as the y8 is horizontal So you would probably have to get a longer throttle cable , just use a y8 one and it will be ok .
