Default +45mm or +40mm 15x6.5" On Lowered Civic??

i have a 99 civic hatch and im looking at getting some new wheels. i want to be able to slam the car as low as i can and i need to know which setup i should get:

15x6.5" +45mm 195/50

15x6.5" +40mm 195/50

which one will have the LEAST amount of rubbing on a slammed car??

thanks
chris

the 15x6.5 45mm offset is better but slamming it is useless. I know you will smash the upper strut towers and also the car won't handle that well cause it will be just too low.

even at that height you will notice the front shock towers develop a dent in them or even a hole.
