Default A Question for Omnipower coilover users and TEIN SS users

Did any of you ever experience any fade when the shocks heat up (either in HPDE's or auto-x)? I have done my research and this will be one of the deciding factors of my purchase. My AGX's fade noticeably after a hard auto-x run and I am getting a little tired of this

Thanks!

I tested a set on my hatch earlier this year. I did an event at Gingerman on the saturday and an AutoX the next day. I didn't experience any noticeable fade in the suspension. The only thing I noticed is they performed well.

My tein Basics (94-01 integra) showed no fade whatsoever after a 70+ laps day.

Heading into hard turns after hard braking really sucked with my tein basics. With Integra spec omni's on my crx, that problem as well resolved.

What rates were you running on your basics ?

If they were 502/224, it's understandable.

My 448/336 feel strong. Much better then my last H&R race / Agx set up.

Tien SS are not the greatest and I would probably go with Progress for a few more bux. However Tien does offer many spring and valving options so you can use them on a daily basis and still be able to progress to a more track orriented set of rates.

I would run them over the Skunk3 setup even though they have a "race" version

I ran the standard dc2 chasis rates that came with my Tein Basics.

That would be what i have. Those rates in a 2k pd car on a road course works out pretty well.

One more question, is the rebound aggressive?

Hey splitime what spring rates did you run?

I want the damping to stay consistent.
