I have always had the best accuracy when the car has not been started that particular day. If you have Saturday off, Just adjust them 1st thing in the morning.

Thats true. It can be done accurately with the head below 100 degrees, but for troublesome motors, Honda recommends you park it inside and do it the next day. I came across the Honda bulletin on this yesterday, as luck would have it.
