The best lights to get for your car would be HIDs

I almost bought a some but decided I didn't want to spend the cash on two bulbs. The reviews I've read about them say they're really good, though. I ended up buying Sylvania XtraVisions, which are available in H4/9003. The output is a lot whiter than the shitty stock yellowish color. While not as white as Silverstars, they are still a noticeable improvement over "standard" H4s. When I put in the passenger-side bulb, I turned on the lights to compare it to the stock bulb. In daylight, I thought I got ripped off since it looked the same, but at night things were so much better. I can't imagine how much whiter STs will be because these XVs are pretty good. I definitely want to try some Silverstars, though.

bite the bullet and spend the few extra. i love mine. nice and bright and i live out in the country/middle of no where (lots and lots of trees) so i have to watch out for deer and racoons and stuff like that.
