I have a 99 honda civc....with a d16 and i was wonder if anyone knows minimes....am try to put a vtec head.....with a strocker kit and a vavle spring kit.......i just wanted input on how this works....aand am also under a budget...so it would be nice if ya could tell this info thanks ya'll....
