Default TYPE R MEMBERS....... Techs..... How can i tell the difference from TYPE R CAMS

i am about to pick up a set of type r cams... how can i tell it is acutually type r''s? is there any markings or big difference i can tell by from gsr cams?

There is a big archive on that home slice. Gotta go Sherlock-Holmes styles and find the clues.
