Default WHATS THE DIFFERENCE

hey i was jus wondering what is the difference between a strut and shock? if there is any can someone tell me please

<U>Basically</U>- the difference is that a shock is a simple dampner while a strut is a complicated componenet that affects multiple parts of your vehicles suspension system. The strut has a shock built into it and therefore dampens just like a shock would. But a strut also is a key component in the structural support, turning and tire alignment of a car. --- Read these articles
