1990, Accord, EX....HELPPPP...HONDA dealer messed my car up!!
1990, Accord, EX. I took my car to the Honda dealer out here...and had them replace the battery. After picking up the car, the stereo showed CODE...I have the code ID number and I punched that in..and it activated the radio. However every two or three minutes..the radio seems to reset back to CODE. Also my Clock resets to 12:00 as well. Lastly, both my drivers and passenger side seat belts quit working.
I can't seem to get why a dealer would be so careless to do this to my work car. I need my radio...I need my seatbelt....and clock. Its almost like they took away 3 important emities that a standard comes with.
If anyone knows a cure please pass it along. Just dont get why the radio, clock are resetting and the both automatic seatbelts quit just from a new battery!!
thank you.

Well, if you bring it back to the dealer, they will fix the seatbelts and maybe radio for free. About the clock, thats obviously and electrical problem and if you can prove that it is related to the stereo code, they should fix that for free also.
I had my radio code done a the dealership too, and had no problems.
So, take it back.
