96 sedan vent fan squeak
it occasionally sounds like there's a squirrel under my dash, I think the hvac fan bearing is drying up. Is there any way to fix this short of pulling the dash and changing the fan box?
Thanks
Thanks

Well, you will have to pull the dash but you may not have to change the fan or box.
It doesn't take too long to pull the dash and put it back, if you take your time and do it right, you can pull the dash in about an hour the first time.....once you find all the nuts and bolts, and it's off, it goes on in about 15 mins

I think it may be your blower motor. You can remove that using the three small bolts under the glovebox. It may be as simple as cleaning out all of the junk it in (it's notorious for getting a bunch of leaves and junk it in) or you may need to replace it if you spin it and it still makes noise (mine was just replaced about a month ago).
