Steering wheel airbag question

Hi, I want to get rid of my stock 99 DX hatchback steering wheel. I have found a 2002 SI wheel (three spoke, with red stitch) however it has no airbag with it. First, will this wheel bolt up to the 99, and can I swap the 99 airbag into it?

Yes, the EP3 wheel will bolt up to your '99 Civic. Swapping the airbag will not work, however.
