How long have you been driving? After a while you'll get used to it.. Just try not to concentrate too much on it and it'll come to you.

When you shift wait a second for the rpms to drop a little bit before you let the clutch out and it wont jerk. You have more posts than me and you dont know how to drive a 5spd

lol some of you are mean people for no reason.... just shift and let off the clutch but not really fast... it might just take a lot of time though because I went through the same thing u did 6 months ago when I was learning, but now im just used to it

Wow, I'm 15 and I know how to drive a stick without jerking, and I think I also have better comprehension of the English language. The question has already been answered, and he still doesn't get it.

Hm, gas out, clutch in, shift, clutch out with gas. Then I go home and brush up on my spelling, grammar, and comprehension of the English language. My technique should work for you too!
