Need help identifying cut wires on wiring harness

Need help identifying cut wires on wiring harness
Hey guys. I'm trying to figure out what kind of connecter this is. This is the wiring off of the back of a 88 CRX SI dash. The cut wires are circled. If anyone could help, thad be great.
Needs to be About 20% Cooler

where is it about on the dash? pass or driver side? near what ohter plugs?

the plug next to it looks to big to be the clock. the clock only has 4 wires; that looks like it has 6 or 8.
