Auto Starter?

Default Auto Starter?

i have a manual del sol 94' 5 spd...
is it possible to get an auto starter when i have to press the clutch down to start the car in the first place?

Yes, but you'll need to deactivate the switch on the clutch pedal. And make sure the car's in neutral before you hit the "start" button.

I asked about those when i had my escort, and the guy told me that you can't put them on a manual because it could kick the car into gear.

Since then I've seen 4 people install them on their manual cars without problem.

at one of the local audio stores i goto they do sell a manual auto starter kit... but yea im pretty sure you'd have to leave the car in neutral

when it's 20 degrees outside and you have 5 minutes to let the car warm up, would you rather go out and freeze for a few seconds, or just press a button?

Would you rather get in an ice cold car with no heat yet, or a slightly warmed up car with the heat already blowing? I like heat when it's cold.
