I did a search and found nothing but for sale and want ads for HID's. I just installed HID's into my friend's prelude. Everything plugged in correctly ( I mean there's only one way for them to plug in) and I turned the headlights on and nothing. The high's work, the fuses aren't blown all the wiring is intact. I dunno what the problem is. The Bulbs seem fine, could it be the ballast? TIA.

If you know everything is hooked up properly and there is still no light it has to be the ballast. Check all the grounds and see what the voltage is at the wiring harness.
