Squeal with the clutch pushed in

When the clutch is pushed in and the tranny is in gear, there's a squealing noise that comes from the clutch.Is it my throwout bearing?

mine does that too, i think its the disk, means its bad. either that or could possibly be throw out bearing.

does it happen only when the clutch is pushed in and in gear? if it happens all of the time its the throw out bearing
