does anyone have a link or a good resource for this I want to go drifting in my daihatsu and I need to shave down some weight - Um no

Actually a friend of mine picked up an extra set of doors for street legal night at Cal speedway and want to pull the beams out without cutting the door skin to do it because he want's to reatin the stock door panels for reasons unknown. I have asked him not to but seeing as how he's going to do it regaurdless I like to help him at least do it right

 

i think a careful had with a "whiz-wheel" will do the job.

you cut the ends of the doors not the skinn and slide the whole thing out. Then you have got to fill in the holes with metal.
