I have a 90 LX w/ d16z6, pm7 ecu, mpfi, short ram intake and custom catback...with that motor/ecu combo is it going to be possible to pass emmsions without going obd1 and running the right ecu for the z6???

Any input is welcome Im trying to not spend the money on this car if I dont have to

 

I don't like using pre-1992 ECUs to run 1992+ motors. And problems with passing emissions is just one more strike against this type of setup. But who knows? The only way you will know is to try.
