old school way to make a few horse power
this is a trick that is very old school, yet new to some.all it is taking your coolant temp sensor and disconect the plug from the sensor ,dont remove the sensor from the block..find another coolant temp sensor and plug it in to the plug,u can try to reroute it from any heat so the sensor does not contact heat..all this does is fool the ecu in thinking that the car is cool and it will richin up the air fuel mixture...
Alot of Mustang guys do this they reroute it into there fender well so there is always cold air hitting it

VERY true actually if you watch a car being dynod sometimes leaner is meaner it all depends on the setup really

no no the ebay Resistor that fools youre ECU into thikin the air is real cold.
But on a side note the coolent temp thing isn't a good idea. You will be in safe mode, and have no VTEC, plus you rev limit will be lower.
So just buy some camshafts if you want a cheap way to make more power.

, not smart at all.

Well this "mod" is for people who aren't really car savvy anyway, so feel free to do this if you are going to face darwin's reality one day.

That's pretty ghey, but I've heard worse.
When I was working at the honda dealer ship, a guy (grown man) came in and asked if we could remove the rubber bump stop on his gas pedal so he could push it down farther.
I was speechless.

There is a club? - sign me up.
I am not on here much anymore, but damn. I was expecting to see a nice DIY tech thread and this **** pops up.
Is clubSI down again?
