Painted my eh2

Painted my eh2 this weekend. Nighthawk Black Pearl with extra clear. Me my bro and my cousin sanded it and my uncle sprayed it. Took 12 hours of actual work prepping and rebuilding. And one night of drying. Started 4pm Friday, Finished 1pm Sunday.

All Sanded

Rear Emblem Shaved

Antenna Shaved

Front Plate Holes Shaved

In The Paintbooth with primer

In The Paintbooth Finished

Put Back Together without Hood

Finished outside shop

Recleared the CF Hood.

Will Get More Pictures Tomorrow Of CF Lip and such back on.

Questions/Comments/Opinions?

Yeah it looks really good, it has a few imperfections due to dust since its not a very good paintbooth, but we did 3 layers so in 2 weeks I am gonna sand and buff it all so it will look perfect.

looks great! that must be awesome being able to do body work on your own...i felt like i threw my money away when i got my civic done...and worst of all, i found more imperfections than i wouldve liked

yeah i knew there were going to be imperfections but when i bought the car it was painted somewhere like maaco or something. cause it was originally the dark blue, then repainted black. this cost me ~400 bucks and one weekend so I think it was definatly worth it.

How did you fill in the dents? Did you use Bondo? Also, how did you fill in the bumper holes? Looks good.. and I'm sure it will look even better with some wet sanding and buffing!
