Default question about some bodywork?

Hey im looking into taking my hatchback into the bodyshop.. to get some dents and things of that matter to be removed... And then have them paint it.... looking for a ruff price range..... im looking to spend.... hopfully.. arounds around 800 bills?.... any suggestions?.. thanks guys.. h-t always comes through..... ...

It could range from $500-$3000...Depends what shop you go to and who hooks u up

heres my 2 cents.. i would say get the dent remover kit and DIY save a whole lot of money and just let the shop paint it

If it's minor dents and dings [i.e. - no wrinkled and crushed metal] I would get some quality [i.e. - not auto zone brand] body filler and some paddles and do the body work yourself. You can get a sander for like $35 and some sanding paper for not that much.

If you're completely inexperienced, snag a hood or something from your local junkyard to practice on. when you fix it, you can always throw another dent in it with a hammer.

They are going to rape you on the body work...this is the only reason I recommend this. Again, it's not that hard with a little practice, and will save you lots of money in the long run.
