Well im gettin ready to drop some serious cash into my valve train, well serious for me considerin how long i worked for it

first the set im currently gathering

toda spec b cams
toda valve springs
toda cam gears
portflow Ti retainers
Ferrea Valves


now...will i need a thinner head gasket to see optimal gains, or will stock be alright for that set up and not

and also, what information can u give me on the importance of valve guides, theyr cheap, but are they necessary on a somewhat mild set up like this?
