I getting weld 13x8 inch rims for a my 95 integra gsr(stock brakes). The shop i orderd it from wants to know what size back spacing do i need. I have a choice between 3, 4, and 5 inch. I just dont wanna get the wrong ones.

and if i need spacers and what size if i do.
